Ben Zaeri Esquire

Mr. Zaeri graduated form the University of Central Florida in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice at the top of his class (Summ Cum Laude). He was the recipient of UCF's college of Health and Public Affair's Outstanding Acheivement Award. He then went on to the Florida State University and earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2000. Mr. Zaeri was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and has been practicing full time since then.

Mr. Zaeri was initially employed by Langston, Hess, et al. in Maitland, Florida, where he was predominantly a defense attorney for major insurance carriers such as AIG, Liberty Mutual, Ghallagher Bassett, GAB Robbins, to name a few. He has represented large corporations such as Home Depot, WalMart, K-Mart, Walt Disney World, and others.

In 2005, Mr. Zaeri started the Law Offices of Ben Zaeri, P.A., also known as Zaeri & Associates, P.A. At the Firm, Mr. Zaeri concentrates his main practice on real estate foreclosure, business relations, consumer and contract law, personal injury law, and family law matters. Due to the current housing market conditions, Mr. Zaeri's main emphasis since 2007 has been in the area of foreclosure defense and helping protect homeowners against lenders.  

Mr. Zaeri gives personal attention to all of his clients and has an open door policy regardless of the size or importance of the case. Mr. Zaeri is the majority shareholder at Zaeri & Associates, P.A.
